Can I make a change to my order?If your order has not yet been prepared for delivery or pick-up (which typically happens within 24 hours of its departure from our facility), we will try our best to make this change. How can I redeem my gift card?On FreshSpoke, activated gift cards can be redeemed at checkout by simply entering the card number into the text submission box and clicking "apply". Once applied, the total remaining will be deducted from your order in the right-side calculation bar. If your total purchase amount is worth more than the value remaining on your gift card, please add an additional payment method to process your order. If you don't use your total gift card balance on your order, keep your card number safe and on hand so you can enter it on your next purchase.

How do I use a promo code?Promo codes can be entered in the text box on the checkout screen. Once the promo code is entered, be sure to click the apply button. Applicable promo codes will show a price reflection of their value on the calculation panel. Promo codes are not case-sensitive. Promo codes past their validity dates will no longer be accepted on the marketplace. By staying subscribed to our marketing and communications emails, you will periodically receive new codes to use for exciting discounts.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?We maintain contract tracing, temperature checks and sanitization at our distribution facility. All drivers and associates are masked and will adhere to a strict no-contact routine. Excluding essential in-person duties, our employees are working from home. Our reusable totes are thoroughly sterilized between each use. Residential customers can opt-out of reusable totes for paper bags at checkout.

What can I expect from reduced products?Our reduced section functions the same as you'd see in a typical grocery store, these items are 100% edible but will be very ripe or nearing their expiration date. Reduced produce items are great for cooking and baking purposes but reduced produce is not intended for raw consumption. For fresh items at a budget-friendly price, we recommend checking our sale section! We rotate our sale selection biweekly. We recommend consuming reduced items quickly to ensure you get the value out of the product.
