Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?Residential deliveries are left at the outside entrance to your home on your doorstep, according to your instruction. We use ice packs to keep your food fresh. However, opting into totes is the best way to keep your food in tip-top shape if you don't plan on being at home throughout your delivery day. Our drivers will not enter your home for safety reasons. You will receive notifications by email or text to confirm your delivery.

What are totes?FreshSpoke is reducing the use of disposables in grocery delivery by offering returnable totes and packing materials. Totes are optional. You may select your tote preference by using the checkbox upon checkout. If you decide to opt-out of totes, your order will be placed in good old paper grocery bags. We highly recommend totes as they are a great way of maintaining food quality and safety while reducing waste. They are climate-friendly, easy to store and help to keep your food fresh and safe, particularly if it’s going to be a while before your food finds your fridge!

When and where does FreshSpoke Deliver?FreshSpoke's residential delivery service is offered daily in Barrie, Innisfil and Midhurst Tuesday through Saturday. Weekly delivery is available for residents of Muskoka, Greater Simcoe County, Peel Region, York Region and Toronto. By entering your delivery postal code, you can confirm what fulfilment options and dates are currently available to you. FreshSpoke delivers to wholesale buyers across Ontario.

Where do I go for curbside pick-up?Our facility is located at 112 Commerce Park Drive - Unit A, Barrie, ON. You should see our bright green signs in the middle of the U-shaped lot! We are located West of the Cineplex Theatre in Barrie's Southend. Look for our numbered pick-up parking signs along the right edge of the building. There is a little tree on the corner near our pick-up spots. When you are in a parking spot, call 1-844-483-7374 and press 1 to reach our warehouse associates.

Will my home delivery order stay cold?In all our home orders, we use reusable ice packs to preserve your food before it makes it to your fridge or freezer. This can keep your food chilly for a few hours but will not keep food frozen for extended lengths of time. If it's summertime, we recommend opting for totes at checkout, especially if you won't be home the day of your delivery. We use custom-designed totes with insulated liners along with our ice packs to prevent thawing and protect your food.
